Warranty Information
RDT proudly stands behind our products and offers a 2-year warranty for the RS-090-E and RS-074-3/4, and a 3-year warranty for all other products. We are always available to assist our customers with troubleshooting. Users can also refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page for tips.
In the event your issue cannot be resolved at the point of installation, customers with units still under warranty can contact RDT for a Return Goods Authorization and additional instructions.
Note that our warranty does NOT cover consumable items such as batteries, valve cartridges (RS-094, RS-090), and the like.
